Salary Range: $80,000-$140,000

Responsibilities: Estimating of all new commercial construction work. Oversees 2 project coordinators who assemble vendor pricing, project documentation, and bid documents. Communicates directly with design professions, municipalities, subcontractors, and clients on matters pertaining to existing and potential jobs. Assembles final bid budget. Assists team with technical aspects of project during bid negotiations as well as during construction.

Civil Designer / Engineer

Seeking a Civil Designer / Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. New Jersey PE career path required with a minimum 0-6 years of experience in municipal engineering, water and wastewater engineering, and site design.

Brief Description: The role is remote but must be based in the NJ/PA region and will require about 10% overnight travel within the region. Field Operations Supervisor

Advanced Infrastructure Design, Inc. Profile: Located in Hamilton, NJ (Mercer County), AID is a research-driven consulting engineering firm established in 1998. AID is comprised of engineers and researchers with many years of experience in pavements, roadways, bridges, airports, ports, rails and tunnels.

Staffed by licensed Professional Engineers, scientists, researchers, and technicians, AID has assisted numerous government agencies, engineering firms and contractors in the evaluation and design of new and existing infrastructure during different phases of design and construction. With the goal of maintaining infrastructure in a state of good repair, AID deploys its knowledgeable engineers, technicians and many of its scientific-expeditious-safe-mobile technologies for infrastructure assessment covering various modes of transportation and vertical construction.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate all aspects of AID work and projects related to field operations and maintenance and protection of traffic
  • Work closely with Engineers to initiate and complete the field-component of all projects
  • Manage field-component by ascertaining safety for field staff and travelling public
  • Manage field operations effectively within schedule and budget
  • Supervise all field technician staff
  • Measure productivity of all field operations and report to Engineers and management
  • Maximize employees’ performance through performance measures, mentorship, and training
  • Manage equipment/instruments and fleet of trucks
  • Actively participate in various administrative related issues
  • Coordinate with state and local authorities and clients, as necessary, to execute field operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in supervisory position
  • Extensive knowledge and minimum of five years of experience in relevant field operations
  • Strong background in supervision and management of staff (or crews)
  • Quick thinker and problem solver with outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Savvy with computer skills (efficiency with MS Excel is highly desirable) and scheduling software
  • Strong prioritizing and Time Management skills
  • College education is preferred; however, can be substituted by commensurate experience
  • Knowledge of data management and graphical presentation performance measures, such as charts and tables, is required
  • Ability to prepare weekly and monthly performance and progress reports to management

Customer Service Representative

Brief Description: This customer service representative position is for a trucking company corporate office located in Manasquan, NJ. Working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Accept customer’s orders for entry via email, EDI into our tendering system

Position Summary: The Production Manager – PCB/Sub-Assembly will ensure that work orders are completed within the time period defined by planning, in accordance with company work instructions and quality standards. Ensures supervisors are trained, utilizing the tools and processes to most effectively and efficiently complete the task. Identifies supervisors strengths and weaknesses. Provides guidance for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands resources within department(s) to properly allocate work orders, ensuring completion within the time frame defined by production planning,
  • Work with production planning team to assign, reallocate or adjust work order schedule in accordance with available resources and capacity.
  • Understand, integrate, and develop printed circuit board manufacturing processes and machinery.
  • Develop recipes for machinery and new solder to ensure proper solder flow.
  • Ensure compliance with company’s strict quality standards.
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with company work instructions and manufacturing methods.
  • Routinely audits work-in-progress of supervisors to ensure compliance with work instructions and processes.
  • Understand production processes within department(s). Make suggestions to management on new processes, machinery, training or personnel.

Education & Experience:
