Responsibilities: Estimating of all new commercial construction work. Oversees 2 project coordinators who assemble vendor pricing, project documentation, and bid documents. Communicates directly with design professions, municipalities, subcontractors, and clients on matters pertaining to existing and potential jobs. Assembles final bid budget. Assists team with technical aspects of project during bid negotiations as well as during construction.

General Duties:

Brief Description: The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for assisting with the management of shipping and receiving of finished goods, manufacturing materials and purchased items entering and leaving the facility, along with forklift and box van operation.

Responsibilities:
