Salary Range: $80,000-$140,000

Responsibilities: Estimating of all new commercial construction work. Oversees 2 project coordinators who assemble vendor pricing, project documentation, and bid documents. Communicates directly with design professions, municipalities, subcontractors, and clients on matters pertaining to existing and potential jobs. Assembles final bid budget. Assists team with technical aspects of project during bid negotiations as well as during construction.

Civil Designer / Engineer

Seeking a Civil Designer / Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. New Jersey PE career path required with a minimum 0-6 years of experience in municipal engineering, water and wastewater engineering, and site design.

Requirements:

  • Have a detailed knowledge and understanding of relevant regulations and regulatory permitting requirements
  • Be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and all Microsoft applications. Degree Required

Brief Description: The role is remote but must be based in the NJ/PA region and will require about 10% overnight travel within the region. This regional, field based position is responsible for providing technical pre- and post- sales support to customers, sales representatives and marketing for the development and implementation of products and technologies. Brief Description: Growing and Expanding Dynamic (Commercial & Residential) Real-Estate Developer is seeking a high energy individual to join our ‘Construction Division’. This important position will support all new development projects and upcoming Construction Projects. This is newly established position reports to the Director of Construction.

General Duties:

Branch Manager

Brief Description: The branch manager is responsible for overall profitability and customer care of the contracts, clients and labor that are billed through the managers geographic office.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all scheduling of contract related operations and communicates these schedules to all clients and management, assists other personnel that are working within branch to complete and oversee operations are scheduled and completed in a timely fashion and completed within budget
  • Oversees weekly foreman meetings, coordinates and oversees weekly training meetings for labor and supervisors
